During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 of your "Sinful Spoils" Spells/Traps that is banished or in your GY, except "WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils"; place it on the bottom of the Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils" once per turn.

Explained
Add 1 "Diabellstar" monster from your Deck or GY to your hand. From the GY, banish it to put a Sinful Spoils Spell/Trap on the bottom of the Deck and draw 1 card.
In decks running Diabellstar the Black Witch, to find it and later turn a used Sinful Spoils card into a fresh draw.
- Using the GY effect with no cards in your Deck. You need at least one.
How it works
- On activation: Add 1 “Diabellstar” monster from your Deck or GY to your hand.
- From the GY (your Main Phase): Banish this card, then target 1 of your banished or GY “Sinful Spoils” Spells/Traps, except “WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils”. Place it on the bottom of the Deck, then draw 1 card.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
It’s a search for Diabellstar the Black Witch, which in turn Sets Sinful Spoils cards.
Rulings in plain English
First effect: Can’t be activated in the Damage Step.
GY effect: Needs at least 1 card in your Deck. Return first, then draw; not simultaneous.
