Tribute 1 Fusion Monster, then target 2 non-Fusion Monsters that are banished and/or in either GY; Special Summon both monsters, 1 on each field. If you Tributed a Fusion Monster that mentions "Fallen of Albaz" as material to activate this card, you can Special Summon both monsters to your field instead, in Defense Position. You can only activate 1 "Branded Expulsion" per turn.

Explained
A Normal Trap. Tribute 1 Fusion Monster, then target 2 non-Fusion monsters that are banished or in either GY; Special Summon 1 on each field. If you Tributed a Fusion that lists "Fallen of Albaz" as material, you can summon both to your field in Defense Position.
It can't be used in Advanced Format. It's Forbidden in the TCG.

Branded Expulsion is a Normal Trap. Tribute 1 Fusion Monster, then target 2 non-Fusion monsters that are banished and/or in either GY; Special Summon both, 1 on each field. If you Tributed a Fusion Monster that mentions “Fallen of Albaz” as material, you can instead Special Summon both to your field in Defense Position. You can only activate 1 per turn.
Rulings in plain English
When can I activate it? Not in the Damage Step.
Normal resolution: You pick which target goes to your field; the other goes to your opponent’s. Both are summoned at the same time.
Albaz option: The Tributed Fusion Monster must list “Fallen of Albaz” by name as a Fusion Material.
One fails, both fail: If at least one target can’t be Special Summoned when it resolves, nothing is summoned, whichever Fusion Monster you Tributed.
