You cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters. You can only use each of the following effects of "Elfnote Power Patron" once per turn. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster in your center Main Monster Zone; increase its Level by 3 (until the end of this turn), then immediately after this effect resolves, you can Synchro Summon 1 "Elfnote" Synchro Monster or 1 "Junora the Power Patron of Tuning". If this card is sent to the GY as Synchro Material: You can add 1 "Elfnote" card from your Deck to your hand.

Explained
A Level 1 Tuner. While it's on the field you can only Special Summon Synchro Monsters from the Extra Deck. During the Main Phase, raise your center monster's Level by 3, then Synchro Summon an "Elfnote" Synchro or "Junora the Power Patron of Tuning". As Synchro Material, it searches an Elfnote card.
In Elfnote decks to Synchro Summon on your opponent's Main Phase and search afterward.
- Summoning non-Synchro Extra Deck monsters while it's on the field.
How it works
- Continuous: You can’t Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters.
- Quick Effect (Main Phase): Target 1 monster in your center Main Monster Zone and increase its Level by 3 until the end of the turn. Immediately after this resolves, you can Synchro Summon 1 “Elfnote” Synchro Monster or 1 “Junora the Power Patron of Tuning”.
- When sent to the GY as Synchro Material: Add 1 “Elfnote” card from your Deck to your hand.
Each of the last two effects is once per turn.
When to use it
It turns your center-zone monster into Synchro fodder on either player’s turn, and replaces itself with an Elfnote card.
Rulings in plain English
Level boost and Synchro: The Synchro happens after the chain link, only if the Level went up. They’re not simultaneous. The boost ends if the target leaves the field.
Search: Only if the Synchro Summon succeeds.
