You can reveal this card in your hand, then target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon Effect Monsters, except from the hand. If another card(s) is destroyed by card effect, while this card is in the Monster Zone (except during the Damage Step): You can add 1 "Blitzclique" Spell or 1 "Hideout in the Sky, Coulomb" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Grain Blitzclique" once per turn.

Explained
Reveal it from your hand and target a Spell/Trap: destroy it and Special Summon a Thunder from your hand. On the field, when another card is destroyed by an effect, add a "Blitzclique" Spell or "Hideout in the Sky, Coulomb" from your Deck.
In Blitzclique decks to remove backrow while adding Thunders to the field.
- Forgetting the restriction: only Effect Monsters from the hand can be Special Summoned that turn.
How it works
- From the hand (Ignition): Reveal this card, then target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand. For the rest of the turn, you can’t Special Summon Effect Monsters except from the hand.
- Trigger (on the field): If another card is destroyed by card effect (except during the Damage Step), add 1 “Blitzclique” Spell or 1 “Hideout in the Sky, Coulomb” from your Deck to your hand.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Destroying and summoning are simultaneous. It resolves even if Grain has left your hand. The restriction applies unless negated.
