Explained
Reveal a Ritual Spell from your hand or Deck to add a monster that mentions it from your Deck to your hand. While it's in your GY, if a face-up Ritual Monster you control leaves the field by card effect and you control no other face-up non-Ritual monsters, add it back to your hand.
In Ritual decks to find the Ritual Monster that matches your Ritual Spell, and to get it back later.
- Using the GY effect while you control a face-up non-Ritual monster.
- Using the GY effect during the Damage Step.
How it works
- On activation: Reveal 1 Ritual Spell from your hand or Deck, and if you do, add 1 monster from your Deck that mentions that Spell’s name to your hand.
- From the GY: If a face-up Ritual Monster you control leaves the field by card effect while this card is in your GY, and you control no face-up monsters other than Ritual Monsters (except during the Damage Step), add this card from your GY to your hand.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
Ritual decks often need both the Spell and the matching Ritual Monster in hand; this card finds the monster. It released in the TCG in July 2026.
Rulings in plain English
What counts as “mentions that Spell’s name”? A card whose text names the revealed Ritual Spell.
When must the “no other face-up monsters” condition be true? When you activate the GY effect, not when the Ritual Monster leaves.
