Explained
During a turn your "Blitzclique" card destroyed a card, reveal it to Special Summon up to 3 Thunder monsters from your hand, then destroy up to that many cards on the field. On the field, return another Thunder to negate and destroy a monster effect activated outside the hand.
In Blitzclique decks as the big payoff after other Blitzclique cards destroy something.
- Forgetting the restriction: only Effect Monsters from the hand can be Special Summoned that turn.
How it works
- Quick Effect (from hand): During the turn a card was destroyed by your “Blitzclique” card’s effect, reveal this card to Special Summon up to 3 Thunder monsters from your hand, then you can destroy up to that many cards on the field. For the rest of the turn, you can’t Special Summon Effect Monsters except from the hand.
- Quick Effect (on the field): When a monster effect is activated outside the hand, return 1 other Thunder you control to the hand to negate the activation and destroy that monster.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
First effect: Summon first; then you can destroy. Not simultaneous. Not in the Damage Step. The restriction applies unless negated.
Second effect: Returning the Thunder is the cost. Usable in the Damage Step.
